Avocado Whey Protein Shake Recipe

Avocados are a nutrient rich source of healthy monounsaturated fat that provide anti-inflammatory properties and have shown to help protect against liver damage. Avocados also help increase your body’s absorption of nutrients and are high in B-vitamins, fiber, potassium, vitamin E and folic acid.

5 tbsp Raw Organic Whey
1 avocado
5 tbsp pistachios
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup ice
5 tbsp apple sauce

Place ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. You can add more or less apple sauce to add or reduce the sweetness. Enjoy!
